Kathleen Black is one of Canada’s leading Real Estate Coaches and Trainers, delivering her proven success techniques to Agents and Teams across North America.
Beginning her career as a ReMax Real Estate Agent and working her way to being recognized within the top 1% of Realtors in both the Durham Region and on the Toronto Real Estate Board, many would agree that this level of success is the pinnacle achievement amongst their peers; but for Kathleen it was only the beginning.
Kathleen quickly realized that her success was attributed to programs that she had developed internally over years of perfecting her craft as an Agent. Recognizing the demand for such programs, Kathleen set out to work on further developing each system and building out a robust platform of educational programs and coaching methods designed to provide Real Estate Agents with the tools and techniques needed to progress forward both personally and professionally. In 2015, Kathleen Black Coaching & Consulting (KBCC) was formed.
With the launch of KBCC and building upon her 10+ years of Team and Agent development and guidance, hundreds of teams have attributed their growth and success to Kathleen’s leadership either directly or through one of her coaching programs. Her credibility and understanding of the Real Estate market has guided countless teams to be Top 1% Producers.

Kate Lowes joins the KBCC team, eager to surround herself with other individuals who believe the sky is the limit. 100% committed to life long learning and a growth mindset, Kate believes in the potential of each person to reach greatness.
Kate has spent her real estate career in the Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough region, covering residential, rural residential, agricultural, and equestrian properties. Having been a member of one of the top teams in the Kawartha’s region she is a strong advocate for a dynamic team structure, that supports the success of the individual and the victory of the team.
As a master practitioner of NLP Kate brings a wealth of knowledge of the science of the mind, and tools to allow each person to truly harness their own potential for unprecedented success. The only limits that exist are those within your own mind, and with Kate’s help, clients will soon blow beyond those boundaries to their fullest potential.
KBCC Elite Coach
Shannon Smith has been instrumental with coaching and training systems that have proven successful to Teams across North America. Shannon began her career as an inside sales associate, generating leads for field agents on the team. Quickly mastering the scripts and skills needed to be successful at converting leads to appointments, Shannon succeeded as an Inside Sales Manager to one of the largest ISA departments in Canada. Shannon has developed the skills to train beyond just the ISA department including onboarding, hiring, recruitment, scripting, presentations and team dynamics.
Shannon has studied Psychology, Sociology and Social Anthropology at the University of Toronto. After graduating, she attained her teaching certificate for private school. Teaching and public speaking are in her blood as she knew from an early age that was a path she wanted to follow. She puts those skills to good use and loves working with like-minded colleagues and clients, who have a passion for sales.
Shannon is married to her best friend and has two beautiful children.
KBCC PERFORMANCE COACH
Ronn James brings to the table, over 36 years experience in real estate and mortgage management. In fact, Ronn is widely recognized as a leading advocate on the fundamentals, strategies and techniques of buying and selling residential real estate and mortgage financing.
Ronn has grass roots experience. Qualifying in 1982 as a real estate sales representative actively selling residential real estate in Brampton then later in many of the GTA markets. To round out his experience Ronn then held various regional sales management positions and with all the major players in the Canadian financial arena – National Trust, Scotiabank, Royal Bank, TD Canada Trust and Invis, in the Canadian Mortgage industry as a real estate sales authority.
Ronn has appeared on Breakfast Television, been a regular guest on City TV’s nationally syndicated CityLine with Marilyn Denis. Ronn was also a segment host (Around The House) On CTS’ REAL LIFE with Sharon Caddy.
Ronn has also been heard on a broad spectrum of radio stations from CFRB to CFNY, all the while sharing views and insights on real estate concepts and practices.
Ronn has also been a regular columnist contributor to New Homes and Condos For Sale, the Toronto Sun and Canadian Home planner. As well, Ronn is the co author of REAL ESTATE INC. (The book that makes you think)

KBCC Performance Coach
As a Kathleen Black Coaching & Consulting Real Estate Coach, Lucia Bradley brings over 15 years experience as a Team Leader, Trainer, and Sales Representative to assist her clients. In her time as an Agent, Lucia’s team was in the top 5% of among all Royal LePage Canada and she was consistently a Top Producer and Service Excellence award winner with her brokerage.
Lucia’s positions herself as a trusted adviser, providing guidance and value in navigating the process of Business and Team Development. She believes that if you provide insight and education, people will see their options clearly and come to their own conclusions as to what is best for them.
As a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Lucia brings a wealth of knowledge in regards to mindset, overcoming mental roadblocks, and performance development. She feels that the only thing that gets in the way of unlimited potential is the false boxes that we put ourselves in. She feels that looking forward toward what you want, and by breaking the barriers of the fake boxes, is the only way we can see our true magnificent potential. Lucia attributes her success to a strong work ethic, strategic approach, and the ability to assess and problem solve quickly. Her systems, organization and willingness to share comes naturally to her. Lucia is a mother of a highly energetic son and consistently finds that he teaches her things about herself everyday.
Ron McIntosh is a Buffini Facilitator and Mentor, he coaches some of his 300 agents. He is very passionate about helping others and it comes naturally to him. Ron has taken some his newest agents from beginner to C21 award winners. He has had major success in his business endeavors, from Subway Franchise to security companies.
Ron takes pride in his ability to connect with people and negotiate. He has training from the Canadian Management Academy, Buffini Peak Producers and Pathway to Master Facilitator Training, and his FRI designation.
Sandra has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, and attained her Broker’s License in 2008. Sandra is currently the Broker of Record for one of Re/Max’s Top 10 teams in Canada. Throughout her career, Sandra has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors for number of transactions done. She has also received the Re/Max 100% Club Reward for outstanding sales achievement consecutively for every year she has been in the business. On a personal note, Sandra has 2 children and enjoys providing them with unique experiences such as horseback riding, art classes and various sports. For herself, she enjoys and has completed two 5km obstacle races. Sandra is also a graduate of University where she attained an Honours Degree in Biology and Psychology. Her areas of focus in Psychology were in child development and motivational Psychology.
Kelley Skar is a second generation Realtor®, co-owner of one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in his market and is the host of the popular real estate podcast, Thrive Not Survive. Kelley is deeply passionate about helping agents create their life and business road map and brings over 12 years of experience in being a successful solo agent to team leader to part of a leadership team that has grown their brokerage 10X over 18 months. Kelley plays as hard as he works and enjoys playing golf, skiing, coaching baseball, experiencing the outdoors in the Rocky Mountains with his family, traveling and watching his favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers, win on the weekends.
